  1. REGISTRATION FEE STRUCTURE
    Presentation Registration Fees
    Registration fees for presenters are differentiated based on participant categories:
    General Presenters: IDR 500,000
    Student Presenters: IDR 500,000
    Participants without Presentation: IDR 200,000
    Additional Fees for Presenters
    If one article is to be presented by more than one person:
    Additional IDR 150,000 per additional presenter
    Fees for Participants with Additional Activities
    Participants who wish to join the Dean's Forum activities (including Gala Dinner and City Tour) are charged IDR 500,000
  2. FACILITIES INCLUDED
    Included in the Registration Fee

The registration fee already includes:

  • Access to all conference sessions
  • Publication in international proceedings
  • Conference materials
  • Certificate of participation

Additional Costs for Journal Publication

  • If an article is accepted for publication in a journal, additional fees will be charged according to the Article Processing Charge (APC) of each respective journal
